Per The Sun, Amorim is poised to run a brutal pre-season as United aim to return to form in 2025/26. The club finished 15th in the Premier League table, and also lost the Europa League final to Tottenham. Now, the Portuguese is set to demand that his players return to Carrington by the end of the month, with players set a target of achieving personal bests, when it comes to fitness, by the middle of July.

Amorim has reportedly told players that failure when it comes to their fitness targets will see them sidelined. Players have also been told to report where they are going on holiday as he bids to keep tabs on his top stars.
